Who was wrong here??

Okay so my mom never takes accountability. My kid bit an apple and tooth was hurting, I called his dentist and was told what to do until his appointment tomorrow. My kid was crying bc he didn’t want to take the pain medicine and I was trying to calm him. My mom was there making the situation worse, making me feel like a horrible mom, screaming at me to take him the ER right now. We live in front of a football field and people were out there having a game, she opened the door and sad “i’m going to let them all hear him screaming maybe they will help” So I got overwhelmed and told her to let me take care of him and leave me alone making things worse , making me feel like a bad mom when i’m doing all I can! I said this is my child , I have zero help with. She kept on threatening me so I took him to the ER, which they told me to do what I was already doing! Soon as I talked to her again she said “I can’t believe you would talk to me that, way. You are your fathers child, and saying how I don’t care that she has cancer when i’m literally the only one that helps care for her! Her and my child is what my life revolves around , I have no life outside of that, and she just acts like I have zero feelings. She is always the victim. Do I need to just apologize
