So my boyfriend was at the hospital when I gave birth but he was not father I never signed nothing saying he was the father and I haven’t gotten my kids birth certificate but can I just do it without the fathers name ? My boyfriend was there when I gave birth to her but he’s not the father he tried signing that he was the father but I never confirmed or signed after him that he was I have copy’s but they are empty from signatures from me approving he’s the father paper says copy but where is says parent signature I never signed it with a date n signature at the bottom but it’s the verification of birth facts but never signed and print name

But my boyfriends name is showing on it but I never signed it off but it says (COPy) but he’s not the father
