I fell into a hole of stress and anxiety again - again ðŸ«
I'm currently down again. The only difference from last time is I now know it's likely because of ADHD that I am here again..
I didn't even see it coming this time, because I love my work. Its exciting and challenging.
But after months of small hints (Which is obvious looking back) and now a total melt down with stress and anxiety currently making me unable to work I just feel ..... Annoyed.
I have tried so many things and so many coping strategies and I still cant make my life work out without eventually collapse into a mess thats unable to work.
How do I design a life that fits me?? ðŸ«
I just want to work normally and have fun with my kids. Please ðŸ˜
