What are the chances?

I will be 4 months postpartum on 2/5, and have been having unprotected sex this entire time. I haven’t gotten my period yet, so it’s hard to tell if I’m “late”, but today, I’ve had very watery discharge while standing at one of our kids games. It was so much that I thought I got my period out of nowhere and went to the car to check. It was just clear, watery discharge.

Could it be discharge to do with early pregnancy? Or ovulation? Or anything at all? I’m so confused lol any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
