how to get my cosleep baby to sleep in his cot again??

i recently started letting baby sleep in bed with me roughly 3 months ago probably cause he would always wake up and scream in his cot non stop and his dad would have work in the morning and i found the easiest way to soothe him, since feeding doesn't work sometimes, is to let him get all cozy in my bed with me.. he's just turned one now and only does 1/2 hours in his cot untill he wakes up then he won't settle again unless he's in my bed (if he's not in my bed to begin with) he's been nursed to sleep since he was born and it's the only way he's used to unless he actually falls asleep but if he's awake/sleepy and i put him in his cot he will just stand up and scream, he won't go to bed. does anybody have any tips that can help with this or anything that they did to help their baby's? he's only on 2 feeds a day aswell morning & before bed he doesn't nurse throughout the night anymore so i don't know how to settle him into his own bed without him just standing and screaming again,
