Unmedicated Vaginal Birth
Hi all, i am 23weeks pregnant and i had a c-section 2 years ago. I really don’t want that again but i suffer from Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2.
Now my question is, to those who gave birth already, did you have to push hard or did your body do it automatically? How is birth?
