Does your partner listen and care about your opinions?

My bf was telling me about something that happened to him at work and when i told him my opinion about it he said it has nothing to do with me and i should not make it about myself. I told him that i care about it because it has to do with him and then he said that i should have only said okay and not given my opinion. Which is so dumb because why tell me something and expect me to say okay? We should be having a conversation and he should value what i have to say regardless if im involved. Then he said im annoying him and hung up on me.
