Please help! TTC

I had my Mirena IUD taken out on November 13th. I had a 4 day period in December & a 4 day period in January. Tracked my ovulation the best I could & now I am currently 2 days late on my period. I took an accu news pregnancy test from the dollar tree & within seconds it was positive but faint. Took 2 FRER & they were negative. My symptoms have been some nausea mainly in mornings before I eat, the other night I had sharp cramps for 30 minutes, & tonight I had white creamy discharge & lots of it. What could be going on?! The last two months when I had my period, I also had sore breasts & my breasts aren’t sore at all either.
