4 Days Late – Looking for Similar Experiences

TMI Warning***

Yesterday, I noticed the smallest amount of blood—barely noticeable. I assumed my period was starting, but nothing overnight. This morning, I put in a pad expecting it to pick up, and still nothing. Did a cervical mucus check—yesterday was creamy, and today it’s creamy with some egg-white CM mixed with light rusty brown blood. Again, very minimal, not enough to really count as a period.

I tested yesterday—negative. Could it still be too soon?

Also, about 5 days after my expected ovulation peak and a temp drop, I had a similar experience—a small amount of pinkish egg-white CM, but then nothing the next day (no rusty color or further spotting).

I’m extremely confused and hoping to hear from others who have experienced something similar. What was your outcome? Please keep it positive—I’m just looking for shared experiences and insight.
