Pregnant or start of period ?

Hello Ladies Happy Valentine’s Day , I would like to your opinion about my situation I’m expecting to get my period on feb 19th but yesterday feb 13th I had pink brownish discharge with like skin looking stuff sorta like sheds of tissue not so much though it happened once when I wiped then today feb 14th earlier around 10 am I wiped and had light red and I wiped again and more came out kinda stringy with mucus can this be normal since it’s the days leading to my period or can this be implantation?? As I have not had anymore blood show up after wiping it only happened that one time ,Pls let me know what you think and when should I test I was thinking of waiting after my missed period maybe on the 22nd I will test .
