Help bleeding while having sex

I had sex a week after my period and there’s a lot of blood (sorta coagulated), what is happening…

i don’t feel pain at all though, and this has happened twice now. Both a week or so after my period ended

Help pls. Small Conservative community here and sexual relations before marriage is very much frowned upon so i am not yet ready to have it checked out. Anyone else experienced something similar?
