He came in me without asking

Recently I met a guy online and he was like 20 soon to be 21 in august. We delcided to have sex shortly after smoking some weed. We did 2 round ins backseat. The first round we were in missionary nd he decided to pull out and the second round he didn’t even try to pull out. As I was riding him I heard him say “I came” and I immediately panicked I was upset because I told him I’m not on birth control and asked him to pull out and he chose not to. Not even after he didn’t apologize for cumin in me either. He said I’m going to have to take a plan b. I’m confused and asked if he thought it was responsible and he said no. And I told him he needs to be careful unless he wants to end up with multiple kids he dosent want. I asked him if he done this before and he said no… I’m just a bit shocked that he lied is all. I know it’s both our fault but do you think I have a valid reason to be upset about this?? Not to mention he said he can’t do this nymore and that we can’t meet again because it’s too risky and he’s trying to be more “spiritual” before ramadan 🙄🙄 which made everything worse. You think I’m overreacting here or my response is perfectly responsible?
