Kind of disgusted

I live with my bf. I went back home for a week bc we were fighting a lot and I randomly had a seizure at work so I needed my mom to care for me. (I’m getting checked out by specialists dw) but anyways I just came back to the apartment and it’s FILTHYYY. The fridge is exactly how I left it but now with molded stuff, there’s like ten empty water bottles by my bf’s computer, open container of lube, weed gummies, I just… I feel kind of grossed out by this tbh. I feel like he just gooned the entire time I was gone. And even when I walked in the door he’s just sleeping he wasn’t even excited.
