Cramping should I be scared
I’m 5 weeks pregnant. My stomach started cramping about an hour ago. It’s lasted an hour I have no blood. It feels like a period cramp. Not sure if that’s or gas. It’s been hard for me to keep anything down. I also have no symptoms but I did test positive. Should I go to the E.R or can I wait until the next day
