Pre gestational hemmoraghe

Looking for some good advice on this topic. Yesterday I went to ER as I was having some cramping and bleeding. I got an ultrasound done and they found a GS and yolk sack. But no fetal pole yet. The size of the sack said I was about 6 weeks two days. I’m hoping I’m just earlier than I thought.

What is freaking me out is they say I have a subchorionic hemorrhage in my uterus. Which after doing some reading online puts me at a higher rate for a miscarriage. Has anyone else delt with this and had a healthy successful pregnancy? This baby already is my rainbow baby so makes me even more nervous. TIA.
