Did anyone else get violently ill after their <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>?

I had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> yesterday and everything went perfectly, but then about 6 hours later I became so sick. I had diarrhea and puking until it was just stomach bile coming up. I feel perfectly fine today. I don’t know if I just so happened to get food poisoning the day of my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> or if it could be a side affect of something. Do you think getting so sick could affect my chances of conceiving?
