Unsure.

I am a little confused.

I do have pcos so my menstrual cycles are crazy long and irregular but in December I had two! Had 2 six day periods. 12/10–12/16 and 12/25–12/30. I’ve only had sex on 12/27 and 12/28. & I did have two day spotting on January 14–15. I have no idea why I took a pregnancy test on 2/10 but it was positive. Went to the health department the very next day on 2/11, I told them all this and they calculated that I conceived on 12/27. Went and had this ultrasound yesterday and I was thinking I was little over 10 weeks but nurse practitioner put my ga as 8w 6d and she baby looked more like 7 weeks. Anyway going by lmp the due date is 10/1 but ultrasound & nurse said 10/14. I only had sex while was on my period but by the estimated conception date, I don’t think any of the spem would still be alive. I don’t go back for another 4 weeks and I know this will be on my mind constantly. TIA for any input and for fun what is your gender guesses ?
