Concern

I need help!! Me and my partner had unprotected sex 3 or 4 times 1 was two days before my ovulation week and the second on the 19 and the third was on the 21 the day I was supposedly conceive that day either that or the 22nd. I used multiple cycle apps to make sure I wasn’t tripping they all say that I’m supposed to conceive on the 21 and 22nd And I’m not sure if I’m pregnant I do experience nausea,mild cramps, uncomfortable feeling in my left side and a sharp little tingly feeling ? I do start my cycle next week on the 6 or 7th. I haven’t told my partner because the last time I told him he said I always feel like that when he releases. And sometimes I don’t believe him when he says he does b it he says that isn’t something he would lie about. I don’t know I’m scared I need suggestions and such🙁
