Could I be pregnant or am I delusional

On the 20th of Jan I had surgery to remove my endometriosis while i had the surgery I had my period and then in feb I had my period was longer then normal and a roughly a week after I started having cramps and when I went to the bathroom my underwear had blood on it with bits then nothing but today I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had like two lines that looked like veins that were pink/red now I know it’s a small chance as I have the non hormonal coil and I might just be delusional but I’ve seen TikTok’s with people who had the coil and become pregnant. I am getting my coil removed tomorrow and will tell the nurse what’s been happening but all google is saying is that I’m pregnant or my hormones but I’ve never had this before so I’m just confused.
