HELP need your thoughts!

First and foremost I’m on birth control. I have the iud and I’m on the pill as well. What are the chances of getting pregnant. I had sex last Friday 2/28 and my partner came in me twice. I recently had my iud changed in December, from paraguard to mirina, and my doctor said that I can keep taking my pill (I did stop taking it for 2 weeks when I first got my insertion done but when I went for my string check my doctor said I didn’t have to stop taking it because I was worried about my acne and she also knows I heavily stress out about pregnancy). I think im just stressed because this is my first time having sex in over a year and with the change in iud and no longer getting a period I wanted to get someone else’s opinion on if I should stress out or not.

I do plan on taking a test I’m just impatient and have bad anxiety, so I’m trying to get others thoughts first to see if I’m just overthinking.
