cervix bruising?

this morning my boyfriend and i were having sex and i was laying on my side. it started hurting so bad we had to switch positions, once we were done i went to the bathroom to pee and while i was peeing, i started sweating and feeling super nauseous. i threw up and went back to bed with awful pain in my lower abdomen. i got to work and the pain is still there, and my lower abdomen hurts so badly when i pee. is this due to cervix bruising? i have an appointment with my gyno but the earliest she could see me was in 3 weeks
