Pimple next to vagina hole

a few days ago i was extremely uncomfortable near my vagina area (right on the underneath part), it was so painful whilst walking, after wiping, etc. I did pop it because why not, i put some sudocream on after as it was sore then and it went away, now back to today and it seems to have come back, however not as a pimple as it doesn’t have a head, it’s just like a lump but very painful. I’ve tried popping it again, but no such luck (doesn’t help i’m on my period, it’s in an awkward place as it is to pop) it’s still very sore though and not sure what to do!! Any suggestions on what i can do, i want the doctors to be a last resort place😁
