6 year olds tooth not coming in
My 6 year old lost both his front teeth around December, his left front tooth that he lost a little bit before the right is pretty much all the way in but the right one is just barely coming in. You can’t really see it but you can feel it’s there. Should i worry that it’s taking so long to come in? How much longer do I wait before taking him to the dentist for this?
