Abdomen pains!

Is anyone experiencing a painful pregnancy? I’m 6w2d and I keep having these on and off sharp pains on my lower abdomen on my left. It feels as though the baby is inside holding a knife against my insides. I also get an urge to poop and I usually do. Also, during the pains, I see bleeding. I’ve rushed to the OBGYN twice already because of this and each time we scanned the baby (sac) was fine and intact. The pain would resolve and the bleeding stops. What could be happening?

The doctor has me on antibiotics and progesterone as we continue to monitor the situation. I have a follow up appointment next week.
