18DPO AF4 days late… still no luck

Okay guys, I’m starting to feel a bit discouraged about my whole ttc journey. So a little background, about 2 years ago I had a tubal pregnancy which resulted in a rupture, a very scary surgery, and one less tube as it couldn’t be repaired… me and my partner have been ttc consistently ever since to no avail. This month AF is already 4 days late ( which for me is odd bc she’s usually RIGHT ON TIME) so of course I’m all excited and hopeful, and then BOOM… not pregnant says the peestick. Again. Starting to genuinely feel like I can’t have kids.
