When to see my doctor

Hello! I could use some thoughts. I’m 31 and have two boys. Our first we got pregnant the first try. The second took 5 months. Between the second and now I had my IUD perforate and I had to get a laparoscopy to remove it. Fast forward one year we started trying to get pregnant for the third time. We’ve now been trying for 7 months with no luck. Now that I’m over 30 at what point should I consider reaching out to my doctor to see if there is something off? I also have that thought in the back of my mind that maybe the IUD and laparoscopy issue messed with things. Idk. I’m just getting discouraged. I know I’m lucky to already have my two boys and many women try for much longer, but I’m still starting to feel hopeless. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
