Bleeding 🩸 with a clot at 6wks

So early this morning my husband and I had sex. Later around 4am. My whole bottom felt wet. I got up to wipe and I seen blood going down my thighs and on my sheets. Woke up my husband who helped me wipe down. Went and washed up and called my doctor’s after hours line. Luckily for me he was on call. Told me to call clinic today to have them squeeze me in. Later this morning made an appointment, but I was impatient and wouldn’t be seeing an OB just an MD for some bloodwork. So I walked in to PP. They made me do a urine test and did an ultrasound. There my Binnie bug was. Heart beating 💗. Clinician said pregnancy is viable and seen a small hematoma in my uterus. Should I breathe a sigh of relief 😮‍💨 or should I still be worried!???? And they gave me a picture.
