Don’t know what to do

Start preparing for pregnancy some where towards ending last year. My menstrual cycle has always been regular until I started this journey. January and February didn’t smile as the red soldiers grabbed me on the 5th. March came promising as until yesterday 18/2 there were no red soldiers. Making me 10 DPO only for me to go to the washroom this afternoon and my menses has started. My day has been dark. The tears can’t stop dropping.
