Help pregnant or not?

I have seen VFL on pregnancy test couple weeks back but didn’t take a photo. I thought it was negative and tossed it. But then I had an extremely light and seemingly implantation bleeding during my cycle which was technically late (usually 5 days and only lasted 2 barely 3 days mostly spotting light brown or literally nothing at all one day blood but it didn’t seem like a regular period). I have had all the pregnancy symptoms and two coworkers asked me if I was they said they got a vibe which made me lol cause idk I’d rather just trust doc. This would be my 6th pregnancy 4th baby as I have lost two so I know my body and with all the symptoms and being unsure about test, went in for a blood test. my period is due in a week today. The hCG levels came back as negative but then I got a message from my doctor office congratulating me on the pregnancy and referral to appointments. I am so confused I want to be excited but I fear it’s another loss, I am praying not! I will test again tomorrow morning as it’ll be 6 days BMP. I’ll try to update in the morning as I will take a digital test for FMP. I will also call doc tomorrow to discuss results as I got the results 3/19 and still haven’t received any call regarding results. What do you think? I’m curious if it’s in my head or if I can celebrate!
