Confused 😕

So 2 days before I was supposed to have my period I had a weird spot that was pinkish red blood. My period then continued to be three days late I’ve taken a couple pregnancy tests that have said not pregnant or a negative result. My period finally came last night or so I think it did but it has been very light and my cramping has been very irregular to what it normally is my boobs have been very tender for the last few weeks which I know can also be a symptom of PMS. Just looking for some guidance. I have been actively TTC since my daughter turned one and she is 4 now . For background I only have one fallopian tube due to something that happened when I was younger and it needing to be removed . This has been a long and drawn out process and I feel like I have tried everything 🥲 so if anyone has some advice/suggestions, insight or opinions they would be greatly appreciated. My daughter keeps asking for a sibling and it breaks my heart knowing that I’m trying and nothing is working. 🥲
