Need help?

Okay so I know this is going to sound like I'm ungrateful or something to someone I just know. I need help we were gifted two houses for when the lease is up in October. But here the thing one is my mother's house where I lived most of my life but also have bad memories there but it's bigger than the other house which is my grandmother's house which is smaller. The thing is my mother would move into my grandma's house who then would be sent to a retirement house but if we took my grandmother's house she would move in with my mother. My grandma's house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a big yard and fenced in I grew up there playing it's a safe neighborhood and quiet. My mom's house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a small yard fenced in but is only two walking blocks from the park. It's an okay neighborhood that has gone downhill over the years and petty stealing like coins from cars or lighter stuff like that. Here where I need the help . I'm currently pregnant with our third / fourth baby we go back and see if the other sac is empty or not since I was to early to tell. I have two sons a three year old and a one year old who already share a room together and quite frankly practically share a bed my oldest climbs into our youngest bed and sleeps with him. So having a room for them to share is not bad. Here is my thing I feel guilty if I would take my mom's house because then my grandma would be forced into a retirement house which I don't want for her but I feel guilty shoving all of us in a small house if we do end up having twins. My husband is no help on this he says it's my pick but idk what to do to be honest. The reason I feel guilty is my grandmother had helped us out so much with our lease to where we are at and also bought us a car and we paid her back in full for it because we didn't have the best credit at the time. She did so much and I feel like a butt if I send her into a retirement house. If you were in my shoes what would you do we have until October but I'm due in November the first week of it. So I'm completely lost someone help a girl out. I'm stressed over it 😭.

I should add a point no matter what when my grandma dies whenever that happens the house comes to me plus she was going to move out of it in august.

And is she would move in with my mom I think would have moved her into the living room because they don't use it at her house until we would my mother's house all bedrooms are upstairs.

(MUST READ) SHE NOT FORCED OUT SHE WAS LEAVING THE HOUSE IN AUGUST! AND WAS GOING TO A CONDO BUT MY MOTHER TOLD HER A RETIREMENT HOUSE WOULD BE BETTER DO TO HER AGE AND IF SHE NEEDS NURSING THEY HAVE UNLIKE CONDO!
