Advice please!

My husband and I always planned to have 5 kids. I just had our 4th baby and needed an emergency C-Section. During the surgery my broad Ligament tore and I lost over 4 liters of blood and almost died. The doctor doing the surgery highly recommended no more kids. I asked my OB doctor about more kids and she felt comfortable with that as long as I had over a year to fully heal. I’m so torn with what to do. I know we don’t need to decide now, but I almost feel for my mental health I need to make a decision now. Thoughts? I do know my husband would love another baby (as would I) but he totally supports whatever I decide. I personally think I will be too scared to go thru another pregnancy and I also think he would be scared the whole time too. He was in the OR with me the whole time so he saw everything and I do think we both have some trauma from everything that happened. What would you do?
