Period say what?

I am a grown woman. I have had my period for years now. I need help on the best product. I’ve tried tampons but they never quite felt right. I’ve heard the flex cup is easy to use. I have a beach trip in June and I’m projected to be on my period. What do you recommend? If they are tampons what are the best brand for someone who doesn’t use them and honestly how to use them correctly (that could be my issue)?If it’s a disc what brand? Right now I typically use pads since that’s what ive been comfortable with for over 10 years. TIA

I love having a cup. Its a little weird to insert and take out at first but yoy get used to it. You can keep them in up to 12 hours and they hold a lot of liquid. Would recommend!

If you’re going to be at the beach and tbh you don’t mind going to the bathroom often I’d just use tampons. Use organic if you can and I prefer not to use an applicator because it’s now much easier to use the type that doesn’t have them and they’re a little more compact and easy to carry too. naturacare has some good ones

I love my menstrual cup. I've tried a few different brands. It is a learning curve but once you get the hang of it and get the right cup for you it's a lot better than tampons and pads. I've tried the lily cup, the super Jeanie, the salt cup and a couple of cheapies from Amazon.

I tried the Cup, was absolutely horrible in my opinion. I use Playtex Sport 360, went with a smaller size for more comfort even if I need to change them more often. There’s others that are even smaller for women who have a lot of discomfort with them. I also like doing a panty liner/tampon duo when able.
