Would you consider this spotting?

My period is susposed to start in a week I had cramping the last 3 days on and off one of the days was pretty bad to the point I had to take something for it. I had unprotected sex on 3/25 which was during my fertile window. Starting Sunday I noticed that my breast have been tender on and off - thought it was just the weather going in and out of the car to the cold air.. tender/sore breast is rarely a thing I complain about when I’m on my period.

This morning when I got to work I took a bite out of a donut and instantly got nauseous to the point I straight up thought I was gonna throw up so I ran to the bathroom … again I had sore breast and here and there cramping. Then around 3 I went to the bathroom and when I wiped it was light pink with some darker bright red.

You think my period coming or is this a sign of implantation… it’s stopped now. According to the my calendar I’m 6dpo.

What are your thoughts?
