Sore breasts and tiny cramps and lots of bloating. All of which isn’t normal for my periods so let’s see!

Anyone else in the same boat? I also have no idea how to read my bbt chart but it spiked last night after being weird before immediately after OV. If anyone wants to share the wait game! It’s first time I actually caught my OV! It happened so fast and had to test three times in one day to catch it. But luckily caught it before during and after with three times baby dance. I’m nervous and been trying for 8 months since my MC last time but didn’t realize I wasn’t catching my OV due to having super short cycle and OV testing prior shows zero until BAM I’m ovulating full strength. Makes me realize that my four previous babies and 4 other pregnancies are truly miracles since I never tried to do anything to conceive. The universe is truly magical. But now that I’m trying it’s so nerve racking and trying not to be stressed. Having trouble sleeping as well. Anyone try anything for sleep while pregnant or trying? Ashwagandha I know is good for when not trying but not sure if it can be taken pregnant.
