First hcg reading help

I am 4 weeks and one day pregnant today I went to the ER yesterday because I had some spotting it was very light pink only when I wiped I have had three miscarriages in the past and they tested my HCG levels and it was 76 and my line progression is growing and getting darker I have another hCG test tomorrow is this normal has anybody experienced this my bleeding has stopped and I am having pregnancy symptoms like fatigue
