Im so confused, missed my period, and possibility of being pregnant again...

Im 25f from the uk.

Last month I had a chemical pregnancy or an early miscarriage of being 1 to 2 weeks pregnant. I started bleeding 1st March and ended 4th March. I've been messed about by the doctors. I've got pcos and I was also taking levothyroxine (thyroid meds) 75mg..i stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant 1 to 2 weeks.

Now,

I was due to have my period 4th April but missed. I haven't started my period yet and it seems like im getting those white stuff come out of me not a lot just normal discharge. I did a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. Today partner and I had sex and he ejaculated inside me in doggy position.

Idk what to make out of this, shall I just wait till I get my period is it likely that I could get my period, im not sure if im ovulating at the moment.
