Eczema/dry skin help!

My SO really struggles with quite severe eczema (full body) and it really impacts his quality of life. He’s on a treatment plan of oral steroids and is about to get injections of dupixent to try and help the inflammation. The oral steroids so far have been helping a lot, however the dry skin hasn’t really gone away neither has the itching which is driving him crazy. I know it’s wishful thinking that any creams or products I could buy can help him, but I thought I’d atleast try before giving up but I’d rather not go into it blind and genuinely get a product/products that people recommend. I’ve looked some things up and heard la roche posay, aveeno and QV have helped a lot of people, but i’d like to get second opinions on these brands as well as others that have helped. Any information will do, whether you have eczema, your SO, a friend, a family member, or your child. Any information would be amazing!
