Need some input

I had an abdominal US today at 9:15am everything was great we say baby and head HB. I was relived since I have a history of MC.

Today around 2pm I saw a lil blood when I wiped. It was in the discharge and bright red. I am starting to freak out a bit but trying to stay positive since it had been less then 5 hrs since we saw the baby so it should be something else right? 5hrs is not enough time for the body to start a miscarriage even if they was the case or at least that’s what I thinks.

Any advance?
