Confused

I need someone to express this to and give me some advice. Soo for the first 3 months on this year i was getting my “period” straight, some days were heavier than others. I went to my ob and was diagnosed with pcos, was giving metformin, birth control, and some other pills to stop the bleeding. All the other test were “normal” okaay now im on birth control right, so i was supposed to get my period a few days ago, but nothing yet. My breast have been unbearable, especially at night, whenever i want to move during my sleep my boobs hurt so much to the point where when i move i have to hold my boobs with my arms so they dont hurt as bad. My cravings are crazy as well. Im just confused could it be that my hormones are all over the place? Or Should i take a test just to place it safe?
