Ultrasound question.

Hi ladies. I had a question regarding my ultrasound I had done yesterday. I went for an abdominal and internal ultrasound and I was crying in the waiting room because my bladder was so full it put so much pressure that I felt like I couldn’t hold it.

Anyway, I went in and for some reason she had a hard time finding and imaging my right ovary. She had to do the abdominal portion twice to find it. I told her that I’m starting treatment for endometriosis soon but no matter where she moved the Doppler or if I pushed slightly on my right side she couldn’t find it.

Has anyone had this happen and why does it happen. I’ve attached an image below to make sure it was proper. Thanks 🙏
