Help I don't know what's going on

I went to the doctor's they done a ultrasound on my ovaries nothing was wrong they done the blood tests apparently the only thing that was wrong was I had low folic acid but last month well from February 27th to march 10th I believe I was bleeding which is very unlike me but for the first five days of that it was just brown blood but nothing was coming onto my underwear and then after that I had red blood and this month I April and the end of march I haven't had a period at all a a few days ago I had blood but nothing was coming off and it was only sometimes when I wiped it wasn't all the time now it's stopped
