I KNOW THIS IS TMI BUT I NEED HELP

So I missed my period by a week right and I shower every time after I have sex and I deep clean my private area every time but no matter how much I clean it still smells a like cum. Also every time I check my underwear it feels wet and there is white stuff in my underwear. I can’t get ride of the smell. But the thing is I’m the only one who smells I’m I being paranoid or the people around me just be nice and don’t want to make a big deal out of it. Also my boobs are sore and feel like they are on fire it feels like I have a bad cold or flu I took a early pregnancy test but it was negative my friend says I took it too soon also I have PCOS so it’s hard to tell when it’s just PCOS or pregnancy. I have also wanted a baby I have been trying since I was 18 I am now 25 almost 26 and nothing yet. I have been to 3 different OB’S and they have told me it’s PCOS and your most likely not going to get pregnant and you my start early menopause soon.
