Need an opinion

Hello I have came into a problem and was wondering for some advice or just something to help me in this situation. But about 3 months ago I notice that my partners sex drive has decreased I didn’t think much about it until last month . I brought it up to him and he said it’s because of his medication (antidepressants) he had a follow up with his doctor I suggested explaining to her that it’s effecting his sex drive and maybe changing medication. He didn’t even explain that to her or anything so he’s still on the same medication. It’s been three months now without anything and I don’t know what I can do please help.
