Should I be worried

Im 29W exactly today. This morning, I was wiping and got this jelly like discharge when I wiped. Like a lot of it. I called my OBs emergency line and they told me to just monitor for blood, cramping or more discharge and that it could possibly be my mucus plug and sometimes it does come out this early. This afternoon I noticed a little bit more, but like less than a tablespoon. I don’t know if I should call back or go get monitored. There is no blood but I’ve read everywhere that the mucus plug doesent always have blood. I’m just so worried I’m going to end up going into preterm labor or that something is going to happen to my baby
