Is implantation cramps a thing??

I’m 7 days until my period. And randomly started getting cramps today.

My normal period is like clock work every month even on very stressful months or sick months. It comes on an exact cycle date and I cramp a day prior everytime.

I baby danced with my boyfriend my entire ovulation week… we are hopeful but we aren’t trying too hard yet so I wasn’t tracking the specific date I ovulated but I know it’s around the same time every month.

Could this be a sign of anything ? 🤷🏽‍♀️
