Need advice

Hey guys so I got a few positive pregnancy tests have an appointment set with my doctor since it is still kind of early ended up bleeding went to ER they said my hcg is a 5??? Did a transvaginal ultrasound and confirmed there is a sack but cannot tell if it is fetal matter .. they told me to keep my follow up appointment and go from there has anyone else experienced this??? I can’t stop crying
