Please don’t insult me here

Okay I was thinking and I’m currently on anxiety meds (mirtazapine 15mg) would they interfere with a test this bad or is this a real positive ???? Please no harsh comments or insults I’ve heard of this happening to others and I’ve never been on this medication before so I just wanna make sure I’m not getting my hopes up for no reason because I’ve only been on it for a month, I’ve also had 2 miscarriages in the past so I’m scared to get my hopes up anyways, this was taken the other day and the photo was taken literally just after it finished developing, I’m going to take more tests but has anyone had this whilst being on this medication ???
