Possibly pregnant with #3?

Hi everyone. I'm a 38 year old mom of 2. I have a 5 year old son and an 18 month old daughter. Both of my kids are rainbow babies so hubby and I tried really hard to conceive them. Tracked ovulation, timed baby dancing, used Preseed, ate pineapple core, tried the menstrual cup method, tried Mucinex. You name it we tried it. But this time around is very different. We haven't been trying to conceive. My cycles have been a little irregular lately and I haven't tracked my ovulation so I have no idea when I ovulated or how many DPO I am. The only inclination is I had EWCM the morning of my anniversary, April 21st, and of course hubby and I DTD that night as well as the night after. Well, a couple of days ago, my son was playing video games and out of nowhere, he said "Mommy, I think you're having a baby" (he has been asking for a little brother lately). I video called my sister today and the second she picked up she looked at me and said "Are you pregnant? You have that pregnancy glow". Definitely taking a test in the morning and I will update to see what happens.
