Scared of miscarriages

It’s my first pregnancy and I keep seeing videos online and comments of people saying they had one or telling stories about how they found out later their baby stopped having a heartbeat at 30 weeks or etc and I just can’t stop worrying about it like every few weeks I can’t wait to go to the doctor to make sure everything is ok and I know a lot of babies are born but it seems like even more dont make it and it’s just so scary idk how to stop thinking the worst will happen

I’m 15 weeks and I know the chance of it happening goes down after the first trimester but why do I keep seeing people talk about losing theirs later on 😭
